House renovation
This stunning Mediterranean style residence with awe-inspiring SF bay views in an idyllic retreat setting!
The client wanted a completely rebuild kitchen, a cosy family room with a built-in bookcase, a new ensuite master bedroom and a guest bathroom. Fireplaces where redesigned as well in the living room and family room.
Oak floor were added to the grand foyer and the living room. The high ceilings provides abundant natural light.
Agence Malo Zacar completely revamped the space, from floor to ceiling, with a decor inspired by the Art Deco style.
The heart of the home is an open custom made kitchen, an atrium dining nook, a family room with an access to a sun-drench patio.
Even if it's slightly open onto the breakfast nook, we wanted to make the kitchen as a "real room"
The completely renovated primary suite was designed with private terrace and a spa-like bath with primarily custom-made furniture, rich and contrasting materials
