We meticulously reviewed the configuration of all rooms from the beginning of the design process. The living room was strategically positioned on the street side for optimal orientation, while the family room connects seamlessly to the garden, enhancing the flow from the kitchen. Our main design goal was to create an open and inviting space, ensuring easy access to the kitchen from both the entrance and dining room By removing a large load-bearing wall, we successfully linked the kitchen and family room, and redesigned the staircase to become the focal point of the home!

The second floor features three well-appointed bedrooms located on the north side, providing ample natural light and comfort. Additionally, a fourth bedroom was designed as a parental space, complete with a master bathroom for added convenience and luxury. This thoughtful layout ensures both privacy and accessibility for family living.
