The clients wanted to extend the existing house by creating an adjoining extension and a terrasse linked directly to the living area. The 30m2 extension is built on two levels from the south-facing facade of the existing house. A flat roof minimizes the impact on the façade of the existing house. The extension has a triple function :  it allows the creation of a master suite on the first floor, a considerable extension of the living space with an office space on the ground floor and, finally, a 20m2 terrace adjoining the living space, partially sheltered by a pergola.

We had the pleasure of designing a custom kitchen built on-site, along with the living and dining room area. The new design features an open and airy island that elegantly separates the dining and living room, enhancing both the flow and functionality of the space. This thoughtful reorganization not only improves circulation but also creates a harmonious environment for relaxation and entertaining. This new design is the perfect blend of style and practicality for this home!​
