The project

Noe Valley San Francisco
Roof house addition - Full remodel

Z30.jpg

Complete metamorphosis for this Victorian Noe valley house to become a bright, functional and family place.

The configuration of all the rooms was reviewed from the beginning of the project design. The living room was placed on the street side to benefit from a better orientation. The family room was placed on the garden side, this also allowed to connect the isolated kitchen with the family room. The entrance bellow was kept. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor were positioned on the north side and a 4th bedroom with a master bathroom  was created as a  parental space
