The style of decoration makes use of the spirit of the Californian apartments typical to the bay area, with its large bay windows, small gas fireplaces in each room. The ground floor has been designed as a fluid and flexible space without a solid partition, but provided with a well identified and separate office/small living room on the back of the house. The kitchen was designed with contemporary elements where each space was carefully studied and personalized for intended purpose.
